Soft Light Blurring Powder is a feather-light, micro-fine powder infused with ceramic microspheres that gives you a real life filter effect. 1. Swirl a small amount of Soft Light Blurring Powder using Soft Kabuki Brush into the lid. Tap off any excess powder.
